Customer Care Executive / Telecaller

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients over calls and handle their queries.
- Follow up with leads and existing clients.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Achieve daily/monthly calling targets.
- Maintain proper records of calls and client details.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills.
- Hindi & basic English proficiency.
- Confident and polite personality.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Freshers can apply.
