Bodyshop Advisor
Location: George Maijo Automobiles Pvt. Ltd.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend customers and assess vehicle body repair requirements.
- Prepare repair estimates and explain repair processes, costs, and timelines.
- Coordinate with technicians, insurance surveyors, and workshop teams for smooth job execution.
- Track repair progress and provide timely updates to customers.
- Handle insurance claim documentation and follow-ups.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and prompt issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate job cards, repair records, and related documentation.
Qualification
- ITI (Automobile/MMV) or Diploma in Automobile Engineering.
Experience
- Prior experience in the automobile industry is preferred.
- Experience in bodyshop operations, service advising, or insurance claim handling will be an added advantage.
Skills Required
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Knowledge of automobile body repair processes and insurance procedures.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,115.45 per month
