- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual vehicle sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share.
- Monitor daily sales activities and showroom footfalls.
- Identify new business opportunities through corporate sales, fleet sales, and customer referrals.
- Ensure maximum conversion of enquiries into sales.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team.
- Set individual sales targets and monitor performance.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews.
- Identify training needs and arrange product and sales skill training.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing/Sales preferred).
- Minimum 5–8 years of automobile sales experience.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of dealership operations and automotive market trends.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
