Job Title: Telecalling Executive / Recruitment Support Executive
Location: Sec-6, IMT Manesar , Gurugram - 122052
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: 0–2 Years
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to candidates and explain job opportunities
- Schedule interviews and maintain follow-ups
- Post job openings on job portals such as Indeed, Naukri, Apna, etc.
- Screen basic candidate profiles and maintain records
- Manage candidate data using Excel or Google Sheets
- Achieve daily calling and hiring targets
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Basic knowledge of job posting platforms
- Confidence in handling calls and candidate coordination
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets)

Salary:
₹10,000 – ₹18,000 per month + Incentives
