- Experienced Candidate - 2/3years in operating the Turret Punch Press
- Plan new setups, call up proper program, check setup sheet with turret station board to determine tool placement needs to perform operations such as punching embossing, notching, forming and shearing.
b) Load tools in tool holders and index as indicated in tool sheet.
c) Input program and set material holders in proper position on table.
d) Run sample part and check dimensions and operations performed against print and adjust tool positions or replace tools as necessary.
e) Operate machine, load and unload parts following machine cycle, check work for required operations and specifications and place finished parts on skid.
f) Monitor machine for proper operation, add oil to reservoir and replace tools as necessary.
g) Prepare job tickets, scrap and daily production records.
h) Notify Group Leader of unusual machine or material problems.
i) Stack and move material as required.
j) Use carts, dial calipers, scales, tape measure and hand tools.
k) Follow safety rules and keep work area in a clean and orderly condition.
l) Perform other related duties as assigned.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
