Business Development InternAbout the Role
As a Business Development Intern, you will play a key role in expanding Studio Atelier's network by connecting with schools, educators, institutions, and potential partners. You will represent our brand professionally, build relationships, and support new collaborations that help grow our design education initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to prospective clients, schools, educational institutions, and partners through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and meetings.
- Understand client requirements and explain Studio Atelier's programs, services, and collaboration opportunities.
- Coordinate with prospective clients throughout the discussion and follow-up process.
- Schedule and manage meetings between potential clients and the leadership team.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and business collaboration documents.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, follow-ups, and client interactions using CRM or spreadsheets.
- Draft, organize, and maintain Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs), agreements, and other business documentation.
- Assist in onboarding new partners and ensuring smooth collaboration.
- Coordinate internally with the marketing, operations, and academic teams for business requirements.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, schools, organizations, and strategic partners.
- Support partnership events, webinars, seminars, and networking activities.
- Track collaboration progress and prepare periodic business development reports.
