Roles & Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain company services
- Generate and qualify leads through telecalling and follow-ups
- Maintain proper records of calls, inquiries, and client interactions
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for lead conversion
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information
- Schedule meetings and follow-ups with interested clients
- Build and maintain positive client relationships
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
Required Skills
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
- Good follow-up and coordination skills
- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge
- Positive attitude and team coordination ability
