Position Overview
The Senior Creative Graphic Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and delivering high-quality creative outputs across print, digital, social media, advertising, exhibitions, events, and branding projects. The role requires strong design thinking, visual storytelling skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple creative assignments simultaneously.
The candidate will work closely with clients, account managers, content teams, event teams, and production departments to ensure that every creative output meets the highest standards of quality and innovation.
Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Concept Development
- Develop innovative creative concepts for branding, advertising, events, and campaigns.
- Translate client briefs into visually compelling designs.
- Create visual identities and campaign themes.
- Participate in brainstorming and creative strategy sessions.
Graphic Design & Branding
- Design logos, brand identities, and brand guidelines.
- Create brochures, annual reports, coffee table books, and corporate profiles.
- Develop print advertisements, newspaper ads, magazine ads, and outdoor creatives.
- Design hoardings, billboards, bus branding, transit media, and outdoor campaigns.
Digital & Social Media Design
- Create social media creatives, motion posters, digital banners, and campaign assets.
- Design content for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and digital platforms.
- Develop visual content for digital marketing campaigns and performance advertising.
- Ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.
Event & Exhibition Design
- Design event branding systems including stage backdrops, entry arches, standees, banners, and signage.
- Create exhibition stall graphics and pavilion branding.
- Develop wayfinding systems and experiential branding elements.
- Support event production teams with creative requirements.
Presentation & Corporate Communication
- Design high-quality presentations, pitch decks, proposals, and project reports.
- Develop infographics and data visualization materials.
- Create investor presentations and corporate communication materials.
Team Leadership & Quality Control
- Mentor junior designers and creative team members.
- Review and approve design outputs before submission.
- Maintain quality standards across all projects.
- Ensure timely completion of creative deliverables.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹47,461.49 per month
Work Location: In person
