Bow Chat is hiring an Enterprise Sales Manager to help grow our B2B customer base across CPaaS, WhatsApp Business, SMS, voice, AI automation, and customer engagement solutions.
This is initially a flexible freelance/contract role, with the opportunity to convert into a full-time leadership position based on performance.
Role
You will be responsible for identifying, pitching, and closing business customers for Bow Chat’s communication and automation products. You should be comfortable selling to founders, CX teams, sales teams, operations heads, and enterprise decision-makers.

- SMS and bulk messaging
- Voice, VoIP, and WhatsApp calling

- Campaigns and follow-ups

- Customer support and sales automation workflows
- Custom CPaaS and communication automation solutions
Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify enterprise and mid-market leads
- Pitch Bow Chat to businesses across industries
- Run demos and explain use cases clearly
- Build and manage a sales pipeline
- Close new customers and coordinate onboarding
- Identify high-potential verticals and sales channels
- Share market feedback to improve product positioning
- Build relationships with agencies, resellers, and enterprise partners
Requirements
- Prior B2B sales experience, preferably in CPaaS, SaaS, telecom, WhatsApp Business API, SMS, voice, CRM, customer engagement, or AI automation
- Strong understanding of enterprise communication workflows
- Ability to sell consultatively and explain technical products simply
- Existing network of business decision-makers is a plus
- Comfortable working independently with high ownership
- Strong communication, follow-up, and negotiation skills
