Profile Overview
The Training & Operations Intern will support the Training & Operations team in ensuring the seamless execution of school programmes, trainer coordination, quality monitoring, reporting, and event management.
This role offers hands-on exposure to educational programme management, trainer support systems, school coordination, and operational excellence, with the possibility of a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Reporting & Documentation Support
- Track daily trainer reports and follow up on pending submissions.
- Compile weekly and monthly reports in predefined formats.
- Organise documentation for each school, including reports, feedback, meeting notes, and assessments.
- Maintain accurate records and support data management processes.
2. Trainer Coordination Support
- Conduct regular check-ins with trainers to ensure smooth programme execution.
- Collect weekly updates from trainers before review meetings.
- Follow up on attendance, reporting, and other operational requirements.
- Escalate issues such as attendance gaps, complaints, delays, or non-compliance at an early stage.
3. Quality Monitoring Assistance
- Create and maintain structured checklists for dress code compliance and session quality indicators.
- Assist in compiling observations from surprise school visits and quality audits.
- Support the team in monitoring programme standards and trainer performance.
4. Curriculum & Content Support
- Assist in formatting and organising curriculum documents.
- Research innovative activities, methodologies, and ideas to enhance training programmes.
- Compile and analyse feedback to identify curriculum improvements and learning gaps.
5. Event Planning & Execution
- Coordinate with schools regarding event requirements and logistics.
- Assist in creating event plans, run sheets, schedules, and checklists.
- Support event execution and ensure operational readiness.
- Be physically present during events, whenever required, to ensure smooth implementation.

Logistics
Type: Full-time Internship
Duration: 3 Months
Location: South Mumbai, Mumbai - 400034
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Please note that the role may involve travelling to schools, event venues, and other operational locations across Mumbai as required.
Compensation
Stipend: ₹6,000 per month
