Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated, energetic, and target-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through telecalling, B2B sales, field marketing, client meetings, lead generation, and proposal management. This role requires excellent communication skills, confidence in interacting with corporate clients, and the ability to consistently achieve sales targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesTelecalling & Lead Generation
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective business clients.
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, referrals, networking, and market research.
- Follow up with prospects to schedule meetings and product/service presentations.
- Maintain accurate lead information in the CRM and sales database.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
B2B Business Development
- Identify and approach new corporate clients and business opportunities.
- Build long-term relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- Present company products and services effectively.
- Prepare customized business solutions based on client requirements.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Field Marketing & Client Meetings
- Visit corporate offices and business establishments for lead generation.
- Conduct client meetings and business presentations.
- Participate in exhibitions, networking events, and promotional campaigns.
- Perform market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
Proposal & Client Communication
- Prepare professional proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Send proposals via email and follow up regularly.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely proposal submissions.
- Handle client inquiries professionally.
- Track proposals through to successful closure.
Reporting
- Maintain daily telecalling and field visit reports.
- Update CRM with lead status and sales activities.
- Submit weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Monitor conversion rates and identify improvement opportunities.
RequirementsSkills
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in cold calling and corporate client interactions.
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to prepare professional emails, proposals, and quotations.
- Strong presentation skills.

- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of CRM software is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and field marketing activities.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, Corporate Sales, Marketing, or Lead Generation.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
