We are looking for a technically strong and proactive Team Lead – Full Stack Developer to lead a development team while actively contributing to software development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in full-stack development, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capability to mentor developers, manage tasks, and ensure timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and code reviews.
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
- Build responsive and user-friendly front-end applications using React.js.
- Develop and maintain back-end services and business logic.
- Design, optimize, and maintain relational and/or NoSQL databases.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Break down project requirements into technical tasks and allocate work among team members.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security practices, and software development best practices.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
- Participate in sprint planning, estimations, and project reviews.
Required Skills
- 3–4 years of experience in Full Stack Development.
- Strong proficiency in React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Experience with HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, or similar front-end frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, API integration, and authentication mechanisms.
- Experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Express.js, .NET, Java, or PHP.
- Good understanding of SQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MS SQL Server.
- Familiarity with NoSQL databases like MongoDB is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of database design, optimization, indexing, and query performance.
- Experience using Git and version control workflows.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Excellent debugging and analytical skills.
Leadership Skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a small development team.
- Experience in task allocation, progress tracking, and meeting project deadlines.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards are maintained.
- Mentor junior developers and support their technical growth.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes.
- Understanding of application security best practices.
- Experience working with microservices architecture is a plus.
