Job Summary
PSK Roofing is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to generate business opportunities for Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB), industrial roofing, and maintenance projects. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new clients, building strong relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads for PEB, roofing, and maintenance projects.
- Meet architects, consultants, builders, factories, warehouses, and industrial clients.
- Conduct site visits and understand customer requirements.
- Coordinate with the estimation and project teams to prepare quotations.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into projects.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and submit regular sales reports.
- Represent the company at networking events and industry meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in construction, PEB, roofing, industrial maintenance, or B2B sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel for client meetings and site visits.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in PEB, steel structures, roofing, or industrial maintenance marketing.
- Existing network with industrial clients, contractors, consultants, or builders.
- Self-motivated with strong lead generation and closing skills.
