Job Title: Applicator
Department: Operations / Production / Project Execution.
Job Summary
The Applicator is responsible for the proper installation, application, and finishing of materials such as graphics, films, coatings, signage, wallpapers, branding elements, or other project-related products at client sites. The role requires attention to detail, adherence to quality standards, and coordination with the production and project teams to ensure timely completion of work.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply and install products/materials as per project specifications and quality standards.
- Prepare surfaces and work areas before application or installation.
- Operate and maintain application tools, equipment, and machinery.
- Read and understand job instructions, drawings, and installation guidelines.
- Coordinate with the production, project, and client teams during execution.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of materials to prevent damage or wastage.
- Conduct site measurements and inspections when required.
- Perform finishing, touch-up, and quality checks after installation.
- Follow safety procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Maintain records of completed work and report project status to supervisors.
- Resolve minor installation issues at site and escalate major concerns when necessary.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned projects.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10th/12th Pass or ITI qualification preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in application, installation, signage, branding, printing, coating, or related field.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of installation and application techniques.
- Ability to use hand tools and measuring instruments.
- Basic understanding of technical drawings and measurements.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work at client locations and travel as required.
- Physical fitness to handle installation activities.
- Teamwork and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
