Qualification: BE Civil / Diploma in Civil Engineering
Experience: Minimum 6 months to 3 year of experience in retail valuations.
Exposure to reviewing approved plans, permissions, and layout area calculations will be preferred.
Location of Work: Andheri East, Mumbai
Nature of Work: Office-based (no field work)
Specific Skills & Qualities:
1. Knowledge of RERA laws will be an added advantage
2. Good written and verbal communication skills
3. Proficiency in MS Excel
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
