Job Purpose
The primary role of a Business Development Manager (BDM) is to generate new customers, develop strategic partnerships, and convert qualified leads into the sales pipeline to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Build partnerships with builders, developers, and real estate companies.
- Organize marketing activities in housing societies and apartment projects.
- Develop referral networks with architects, contractors, and property dealers.
- Plan and execute BTL (Below-the-Line) marketing activities such as canopy campaigns, society activations, and exhibitions.
- Collaborate with the telecalling and field sales teams to increase lead generation.
- Arrange customer meetings and site visits.
- Handover qualified leads to the design team for further consultation.
- Monitor sales targets and conversion ratios.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Analyze the local market, customer trends, and competitor activities.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
