About the Role
We are looking for a result-driven Civil Site Engineer to take ownership of on-site construction activities for government projects. This role demands strong technical knowledge, practical problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage day-to-day site operations efficiently.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead day-to-day site activities and ensure work progresses as per schedule
- Monitor construction quality and ensure compliance with project specifications
- Study drawings, raise technical concerns, and implement corrections when required
- Track daily progress and maintain proper site records and reports
- Act as the link between site teams, contractors, and project management
- Plan resource utilization including labor, materials, and equipment
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and maintain a disciplined work environment
- Handle quantity take-offs, measurements, and support billing processes
Who We’re Looking For
- Civil Engineering graduate or diploma holder
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on site experience in building construction
- Prior exposure to government or institutional projects is a plus
- Comfortable working with drawings, site execution, and reporting systems
- Basic working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel
- Strong coordination and communication skills
