Job Description

Manage end-to-end order processing activities, ensuring accurate and timely order entry, validation, and fulfillment.

Monitor order status and proactively coordinate with customers, sales teams, and supply chain stakeholders to resolve order-related issues.

Maintain accurate order records and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and audit requirements.

Support order scheduling, backlog management, and delivery tracking to meet customer service expectations.

Investigate and resolve order discrepancies, pricing issues, master data concerns, and billing-related queries.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless order execution.

Assist in implementing process improvements, automation initiatives, and system enhancements to improve operational efficiency.

Prepare operational reports, analyze order management metrics, and provide insights to support business decisions.

Support customer onboarding activities, order management projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and compliance requirements.
