Salary & Career Growth
- During Internship (up to 6 months): ₹15,000 per month
- After Internship: ₹3,00,000 – ₹4,00,000 per annum CTC

Key Responsibilities – Training Operations
- Work closely with educational institutions to coordinate and execute training programs effectively.
- Manage trainers' workload and streamline day-to-day training operations.
- Communicate effectively with colleges, trainers, and management.
- Ensure the availability and proper allocation of training resources.
- Coordinate with internal and freelance trainers to ensure the smooth execution of training programs.
- Ensure all training programs are delivered on time, within the defined scope, and within the allocated budget.
- Monitor training operations and report or escalate issues to management whenever required.
- Create, maintain, and update comprehensive training program documentation.
- Identify and hire suitable **Full-Time Trainers** to support the seamless execution of training programs.
- Identify and hire suitable **Freelance Trainers** based on training requirements and program needs.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage multiple training activities simultaneously.
- Good follow-up and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and documentation.
- Ability to coordinate with colleges, trainers, and internal teams.
- Willingness to work in both **office and on-field environments**.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

- Candidates should be willing to work in Erode.
- Candidates should be flexible to handle both office and on-field responsibilities.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
