Job title: Kumon Assistant Instructor

About the role:
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Kumon Assistant Instructor to support students in developing strong foundational skills in Math and English. The ideal candidate is patient, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping children achieve academic success through guided self-learning.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist students in completing Kumon worksheets in Math and/or English
- Guide students to develop independent learning skills
- Observe student progress and provide timely feedback to the Instructor
- Grade worksheets and maintain accurate student records
- Support classroom management and ensure a positive learning environment
Communicate with parents regarding student progress (if required)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a degree (preferred)/Intermediate
- Strong basics in Math and/or English
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience and ability to work with children of different age groups
Working hours:
2pm-7pm
Compensation:7000 per month
