Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to expand our retail network across Delhi NCR. The candidate will be responsible for visiting retail vegetable and fruit shops, onboarding new retailers, building strong relationships, and increasing sales of CropMentor’s fresh produce portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit retail vegetable and fruit shops across Delhi, Gurugram, and Noida.
- Identify and onboard new retail partners for selling Cropmentor products.
- Explain product quality, pricing, and supply advantages to retailers.
- Generate daily leads and convert them into active business tie-ups.
- Promote and sell up to 100 varieties of vegetables and fruits.
- Maintain strong relationships with shop owners and ensure repeat business.
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth order fulfillment and delivery.
- Achieve monthly sales and onboarding targets.
- Collect market feedback and competitor insights.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum Graduate with relevant sales experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in field sales, FMCG, retail sales, or Agri/Food industry preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel locally within NCR.
- Self-motivated and target-driven personality.
- Basic knowledge of vegetables, fruits, and retail market operations is an advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in handling retail/FMCG distributors or kirana/mandi networks.
- Strong local market understanding in Delhi NCR.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
