We are looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Executive who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Negotiate offers and ensure a smooth candidate onboarding experience.
- Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate recruitment reports.
- Build employer branding through innovative hiring initiatives.
- Ensure positions are closed within the defined timelines.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Strong experience in end-to-end hiring.
- Excellent sourcing and screening skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
- Experience using job portals and LinkedIn Recruiter is preferred.
- Proficient in MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
Preferred Background
Candidates with experience hiring for Sales, Operations, Education, Sports, Retail, Hospitality, or Corporate functions will be preferred.
