Position: Sales Executive - Intermediate Associate
Purpose:
Drive sales across furniture projects and retail products while delivering a premium customer experience aligned with WITHIN's luxury brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand requirements and recommend suitable furniture solutions
- Convert enquiries into sales and achieve revenue targets
- Prepare quotations and proposals, and follow up on leads
- Build relationships with homeowners, architects, and interior designers
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Maintain customer records and sales updates
- Deliver an exceptional showroom and customer experience

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
Experience
- 2+ years of experience in furniture, interiors, home décor, luxury retail, or design-led sales
- Proven experience in client handling and sales conversion
