Job Title: Production Supervisor
No. of. Years of Experience: 3 to 6 years
Qualification: Diploma/ B.E in Mechanical, plastics or related field.
Industry: Plastic Injection Moulding
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily production activities on the injection moulding shop floor.
- Monitor shift schedules, manpower allocation and machine uptime.
- Ensure production targets are met while maintaining quality and cycle time standards.
- Coordinate with quality and maintenance teams to resolve breakdowns or defects.
- Ensure proper mould changeovers, setup approvals and parameter settings.
- Maintain 5S, safety and process discipline on the shop floor.
- Record daily production reports, rejection trends and downtime reasons.
