At Jolly Healthcare, we view the procurement and tendering ecosystem as a strategic pillar of our growth. You will navigate the structured, compliance-heavy world of government public procurement while simultaneously driving the relationship-led, commercially sharp purchasing and formulary inclusion processes within private healthcare institutions.
Key Responsibilities1. Tender & Bidding Management (Government & Private)
- End-to-End Execution: Monitor, analyze, and bid for pharmaceutical opportunities on GeM and private hospital procurement portals.
- Scientific Dossier Preparation: Compile precise technical data sheets, bio-equivalence reports, and regulatory certifications (WHO-GMP, COPP) required for complex medical bids.
- Formulary Inclusion: Actively pitch and submit proposals to corporate hospital drug committees to secure institutional approvals and list Jolly Healthcare products on their preferred formularies.
2. Purchase & Commercial Coordination
- Strategic Sourcing Integration: Collaborate closely with internal supply chain and manufacturing teams to align bid pricing with raw material procurement realities and inventory capabilities.
- Negotiation & Contract Management: Handle purchase rate contracts, commercial negotiations, and margin structures for corporate hospital chains to ensure profitable win rates.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Build and maintain deep operational relationships with Purchase Managers, Hospital Pharmacists, and Institutional Procurement Heads to anticipate upcoming demands and resolve logistical or payment bottlenecks.
What You Bring (Qualifications)
- Scientific Foundation: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm / M.Pharm), Biotechnology, or Life Sciences. A science background is mandatory to understand drug molecules, therapeutic categories, and technical parameters.
