We are looking for a Social Media Manager with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape brand narratives, create impactful campaigns, and engage with diverse audiences across various industries.
Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management:
- Manage and maintain social media accounts on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and more.
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
- Campaign Development & Execution:
- Plan, execute, and optimize social media ad campaigns to meet business objectives.
- Develop innovative strategies to increase brand awareness, reach, and engagement.
- Content Creation & Copywriting:
- Create and schedule engaging posts, videos, and stories tailored for different audiences.
- Write compelling video scripts, captions, and ad copy in English, Marathi, and Hindi.
- Audience Engagement:
- Interact with followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews professionally and promptly.
- Foster community growth and maintain a positive online presence.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with graphic designers, photographers, and clients to ensure high-quality content delivery.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader campaigns.
- Performance Analysis:
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns.
- Use insights to refine strategies and optimize results.
- Trend Tracking:
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and tools (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Insights, Hootsuite).
- Exceptional communication and writing skills in English, Marathi, and Hindi.
- Creative thinking with a knack for producing unique content ideas.
- Basic knowledge of design tools like Canva or Adobe Express is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects
