Job Summary:
The IT Support Executive will be responsible for providing first-level technical support to employees by resolving day-to-day IT issues through the ticketing system. The role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and user access-related issues while ensuring timely resolution and maintaining service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
· Resolve IT support tickets raised by employees within defined SLAs.
· Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral device issues.
· Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and standard business applications.
· Provide support for email, VPN, network connectivity, and user account-related issues.
· Create, modify, and disable user accounts and system access as required.
· Perform software installations, updates, and basic system maintenance.
· Coordinate with vendors or higher-level support teams for unresolved issues.
· Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, resolutions, and IT assets.
· Assist in onboarding and offboarding activities, including system setup and user access.
· Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and documentation practices.
Required Skills:
· Good knowledge of Windows/Mac operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
· Basic understanding of networking concepts (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN).
· Knowledge with IT ticketing/helpdesk systems.
· Good understanding troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
· Good communication
· Ability to prioritize multiple support requests and meet response timelines.
Preferred Qualification:
· Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
· Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CCNA, Microsoft, or ITIL Foundation are an added advantage.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
