Role Overview: We are seeking a sharp, logical, and highly driven Technical Intern to join our core team. This is a full-time, in-person position where you will support the development, deployment, and optimization of backend automation workflows and data-driven systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute Python-based scripts to manage bulk data retrieval and ingestion.
- Construct custom, seamless API integrations across diverse third-party platforms.
- Manage and manipulate backend database systems to ensure smooth, continuous data flows.
- Build and configure logic-based workflow automated architectures.
- Audit and optimize AI prompts and model selection to guarantee maximum data processing efficiency at the lowest possible API token cost.
- Identify and troubleshoot logic bottlenecks or errors within active data pipelines.
Stipend & Career Growth Structure: We believe in rewarding high performance. This internship offers a clear, structured trajectory into a full-time position:
- Months 1 to 3 (Evaluation Phase): ₹7,000 / month
- Months 4 to 6 (Performance Extension): ₹14,000 / month
- Post 6 Months (Full-Time Core Team PPO Conversion): ₹28,000 to ₹30,000 / month salary based on performance.
Qualifications & Mandatory Requirements:
- Data & Database Systems: Strong foundational understanding of backend structures and efficient data manipulation methods.
- API & Scripting: Hands-on experience writing clean Python code and integrating diverse external APIs.
- Logic-Driven Flow: Prior experience building or understanding complex logic flows (comparable to visual node-based execution platforms like n8n or Make).
- AI Resource Efficiency: Understanding of prompt engineering techniques to optimize API usage and control token costs.
- Mandatory Workstation: You must possess a high-performance personal laptop/workstation capable of handling local development and heavy data environments smoothly.
- Mindset over Degrees: We value practical capability, speed, and a strong personal portfolio of built projects over formal degrees or specific educational fields.
