We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, following up with prospective students, and supporting the admissions process. Candidates with experience in the education sector, telecalling, customer service, or telecommunication are preferred. Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and respond to inbound inquiries.
- Explain courses, admission procedures, and program benefits clearly and professionally.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and student information in the CRM.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective students and parents.
- Address queries and provide accurate information about courses and services.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and admission targets.
- Coordinate with the counseling and admissions team to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Experience in telecalling, education, customer support, sales, or telecommunication is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in English and the local language is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
