Site Recruitment & Mobilization
- Hire civil engineers, supervisors, and site contract workers
- Source local and migrant laborers quickly based on project phases
- Issue site-specific offer letters, ID cards, and gate passes
Attendance & Payroll Management
- Track daily muster rolls and shift timings for blue-collar and white-collar workers
- Process wage inputs, overtime, and site allowances
- Coordinate with accounts to disburse timely payments
Labor Law & Statutory Compliance
- Maintain records for PF, ESI, and Building and Other Construction Workers (BOCW) acts
- Ensure safety gear usage and compliance with site health regulations
- Manage audits from labor enforcement authorities
Employee Relations & Site Welfare
- Resolve daily wage or accommodation disputes for workers
- Oversee site amenities like canteens, first aid, and rest areas
- Conduct safety briefings and worker engagement sessions
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
