What you'll be doing:
- Own the full sales cycle - from first call to enrolment - for high-ticket trading and financial market programs
- Handle warm inbound leads and convert them through confident consultative conversations
- Build genuine relationships with prospective students, understand their goals, and match them to the right program
- Follow up persistently and professionally to keep your pipeline moving
- Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience post-sale
- Track your own leads, update CRM/pipeline, and hit monthly revenue targets
You're a great fit if you have:
- 2–4 years of experience in high-ticket B2C sales - edtech, BFSI, consulting, or similar
- A track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets consistently
- Excellent communication - you can hold a confident conversation, handle objections, and close
- Comfort with financial topics - trading, markets, or investing knowledge is a big plus
- Energy for a fast-paced, target-driven environment where your results directly impact your income
Compensation & Benefits:
- Fixed salary: ₹30,000-₹50,000 per month
- Performance bonus based on lead conversions
