Key Responsibilities
1. Inventory Management
- Maintain stock of fabric rolls, webbing, yarn, filler cord, labels, pouches and other WIP materials.
- Maintain item-wise, roll-wise and quantity-wise records.
- Ensure proper tagging, identification, segregation and FIFO.
2. Inward & Outward
- Manage daily inward of materials from Looms and job workers.
- Verify materials against challans/production records.
- Issue materials to Sewing Sections as per authorized requirements.
- Maintain accurate inward/outward records.
3. Stock Control
- Conduct daily stock reconciliation.
- Conduct monthly physical stock verification.
- Identify and report shortages, excesses, damages and stock discrepancies.
- Ensure physical stock matches system/register stock.
4. Storage & Housekeeping
- Ensure safe and systematic storage of materials.
- Maintain proper RMD layout, cleanliness and housekeeping.
- Prevent material damage, mixing and loss.
5. Manpower Management
- Supervise RMD manpower.
- Allocate manpower for loading, unloading and material movement.
- Monitor attendance, discipline and productivity.
6. Coordination
- Coordinate with Loom Production, Job Workers, PPC, Sewing, Quality, Dispatch, Accounts and Management.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Candidate Profile
- Experience in Stores, Warehouse, RMD or Material Management.
- FIBC / PP Woven industry experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of inventory control and fabric/WIP materials.
- Experience in stock verification and reconciliation.
- Good manpower handling and supervisory skills.
- Basic computer/ERP knowledge.
- Strong attention to detail and ownership.
- Willingness to work hands-on on the shop floor.
Core Accountability
Complete responsibility for physical custody, accurate accounting, storage and timely movement of RMD inventory.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
