About the Role
Blackhole Retail is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Executive to join our growing E-Commerce Operations team. If you have experience handling online marketplace orders, inventory, and return processing, and enjoy working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, we'd love to hear from you.
As a Warehouse Executive, you will play a key role in ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately, dispatched on time, and returned products are managed efficiently across multiple e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Process daily orders from Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, Shopify, Blinkit, Zepto, and other online marketplaces.
- Ensure accurate picking, packing, labeling, invoicing, and dispatch of customer orders.
- Handle RTO (Return to Origin) and customer returns, including product inspection, quality checks, and inventory reconciliation.
- Update inventory, order status, and return records in Seller Panels, ERP, or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Monitor pending orders, cancellations, dispatch timelines, and SLA compliance.
- Coordinate with courier partners to resolve shipment, pickup, and delivery-related issues.
- Maintain stock accuracy through regular cycle counts, inventory audits, and stock reconciliation.
- Report damaged, missing, or incorrect inventory and work with internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Follow marketplace packaging and shipping guidelines to minimize return rates and customer complaints.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment while following company SOPs.
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in an e-commerce warehouse, fulfillment center, or logistics operations.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify, or similar marketplace portals.
- Good understanding of order fulfillment, inventory management, RTO handling, and warehouse operations.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, inventory software, and ERP/WMS systems.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under deadlines.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to work effectively in a team.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
