Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented Team Leader to take full ownership and authority of our E-commerce Listing Department. In this role, you will lead, mentor, and manage a team of juniors and seniors listing associates. You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end product listing lifecycle across multiple major e-commerce marketplaces, ensuring accuracy, optimal visibility, and seamless team operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Authority: Take complete charge of the listing team. Assign tasks, monitor daily output, review performance, and mentor team members to meet departmental goals.
- Multi-Marketplace Management: Oversee and execute single and bulk product listings on major platforms, including Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Snapdeal, Myntra, Tata Cliq, and Ajio.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all product information, high-quality images, attributes, and pricing before going live.
- Listing Optimization: Guide the team in optimizing product titles, descriptions, backend keywords, and bullet points to maximize organic search visibility and conversion rates.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize advanced Excel features to analyze catalog data, track listing errors, and generate weekly/monthly team performance reports.
- Cross-Functional Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for marketplace escalations, brand registry issues, and internal updates. Professionally write and revert to official emails.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of core experience in e-commerce marketplace management, with proven experience in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
- Platform Expertise: Deep hands-on knowledge of sheet-based bulk listing uploads and error resolution across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.
- Technical Skills: Professional, advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data cleaning).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; highly proficient in professional email drafting and correspondence.
- Leadership Traits: Strong problem-solving abilities, high accountability, and the ability to drive a team toward deadlines under minimal supervision.
