Job Summary
The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for driving ticket and corporate sales, generating new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and supporting the Sales Manager in achieving revenue targets. The role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and team coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through corporate clients, schools, travel agencies, and group bookings.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Assist in planning and executing sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
- Coordinate with operations and other departments to ensure smooth execution of bookings and events.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Handle customer queries and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Support the Sales Manager in day-to-day sales operations and team coordination.
