Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and responsible Multi Technician to join our team. The candidate should have basic knowledge and hands-on experience in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance works.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repair works.
- Attend electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and civil complaints.
- Troubleshoot and rectify maintenance issues promptly.
- Conduct preventive maintenance activities.
- Ensure tools and equipment are maintained properly.
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines.
- Report completed work and maintenance requirements to the supervisor.
Requirements
- ITI/Diploma or relevant technical qualification preferred.
- Experience in facility management, residential, commercial, or industrial maintenance.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and civil works.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
