Hospital Bystander Service
Care Bridge Home, Kerala
Care Bridge Home is hiring responsible and caring Bystander Care Workers to support patients in hospitals and homes across all cities in Kerala.
Job Role
- Stay with patients in hospitals or homes for short-term or long-term care
- Assist with daily activities (walking support, feeding, toileting, hygiene, or cooking and cleaning if required for the patient)
- Check and monitor patient vitals
- Ensure the patient’s safety, comfort, and well-being
- Engage the client/patient in simple leisure or daily activities
- Update the office regularly about the patient’s condition
- Maintain respect, dignity, and professionalism at all times
Who Can Apply?
- Freshers or experienced caregivers
- Nurses or nursing students (ANM / GNM / BSc)
- Anyone who is patient, caring, and willing to help others
Work Nature
- Day duty / Night duty / 24-hour duty options & Home Care Service
- Flexible duty schedules
- Food & accommodation provided for 24-hour duties (case-to-case basis)
