Job Title: Compliance Specialist
Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers welcome!)
We’re looking for a smart, sharp and highly dependable person to work closely with
us on strengthening and managing the compliance processes at Beshak.
This role will involve working closely with the management team on different aspects
of compliance at Beshak - from carrying out checks and maintaining reports to
coordinating with teams, identifying gaps and helping improve processes over time.

What You’ll Do:
Your role will be quite diverse and may include:
● Speaking with customers as part of compliance checks and verifying whether
the right information and processes were followed.
● Reviewing whether advisors are following Beshak’s defined processes and
compliance requirements.
● Identifying gaps, deviations or cases where something doesn’t look right and
flagging them appropriately.
● Maintaining compliance trackers and preparing daily/weekly reports.
● Coordinating with the tech team to get compliance-related workflows and
system changes implemented.
● Helping the management design, document and improve new compliance
processes.
● Following up with different teams to ensure processes are actually being
followed.
● Creating new processes and taking ownership of other compliance-related
activities as the function evolves.
Since the role will involve working across different aspects of compliance,
responsibilities may evolve over time. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable
taking initiative, adapting quickly and figuring things out when needed.
What We’re Looking For:
You could be a fresher or have up to 1–2 years of experience. Prior compliance or
insurance experience is not mandatory.
What matters more to us is that you:
● Are smart, analytical and quick to learn.
● Have a strong academic track record and have performed well in college.
● Are extremely detail-oriented - you notice when something doesn't add up.
● Are comfortable working with data, trackers and reports.
● Communicate confidently and can have clear conversations with customers and
internal teams.
● Are comfortable asking questions and digging deeper instead of simply ticking
boxes.
● Can take ownership and work independently.
