Business Development Officer – Mall
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Officer to drive revenue growth, leasing activities, brand tie-ups, and strategic partnerships for the mall. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in business development, retail leasing, client relationship management, and commercial operations within malls.

Location: Sargasan, Gandhinagar

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard new brands, retailers, and business partners for the mall.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase mall occupancy and revenue generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing tenants and key stakeholders.
- Negotiate commercial terms, rental agreements, and partnership contracts with clients.
- Coordinate with teams for promotional activities, events, and footfall enhancement initiatives.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and revenue reports for management review.
- Ensure timely renewal of lease agreements and maintain high tenant satisfaction.
- Support management in achieving annual leasing and revenue targets.
- Ensure timely rental collection and follow-up with tenants for outstanding payments while maintaining healthy business relationships.
- Manage and monitor the mall’s Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, revenue performance, operational costs, and financial reporting to support overall business profitability.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of mall operations, retail leasing, and commercial business development.
- Ability to work independently and achieve revenue targets.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
Educational Qualification: Any Bachelor’s Degree
