About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Cost Accountant (Assistant Manager) to oversee product costing, inventory management, profitability tracking, and MIS reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate SKU-wise product costing and analyze variances.
- Monitor inventory valuation, stock movements, and lead physical stock verification.
- Verify purchase orders, vendor bills, and resolve procurement discrepancies.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and executive dashboards.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and profitability analysis.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: B.Com or M.Com required; MBA (Finance) preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in Cost Accounting, Inventory Management, or MIS Reporting.
- Skills: Advanced MS Excel skills; hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, or equivalent).
- Industry Background: Manufacturing, FMCG, Consumer Goods, Toys, or Retail preferred.
