Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, and React.js to join our Information Technology team. The candidate will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining web applications, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability across the stack.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot
- Develop responsive front-end interfaces using React.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Design and manage relational database schemas using MySQL
- Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms (JWT, role-based access control)
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices
- Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure application reliability
- Participate in code reviews and follow version control practices using Git
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and documentation practices
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 1–2 years of professional experience in full stack development
- Proficiency in Core Java, Spring Boot, and REST API development
- Working knowledge of React.js, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
- Strong understanding of MySQL, including query writing, joins, and database design
- Familiarity with JWT-based authentication and authorization concepts
- Experience with exception handling and application error management
- Proficiency with Git/GitHub for version control
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with AI-assisted coding tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude, etc.)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) or containerization (Docker)
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodology
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
