We’re expanding our Travel & Tourism Division and looking for an energetic Travel Consultant to join our team!
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries for domestic and international travel packages.
- Design customized itineraries (flights, hotels, transfers, sightseeing).
- Process flight bookings, hotel reservations, and travel insurance.
- Provide information on visas, destinations, and travel documents.
- Manage customer communication via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Coordinate with vendors, agents, and service providers.
- Maintain daily booking reports and follow up with clients.
- Upsell additional services such as travel insurance, upgrades, and tours.
Requirements
- Any graduate (preferably in Tourism / Business / Communication).
- 0–3 years of experience in travel, tourism, or customer service.
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of flight booking or travel portals (preferred).
- Computer skills (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp Business).
- Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
