Job Title: US IT Technical Recruiter

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated US IT Technical Recruiter with experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals for clients across the United States. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of US staffing processes, tax terms, visa classifications, and various recruitment platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle the complete recruitment life cycle for US IT requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial technical and behavioral interviews.
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Work on W2, C2C, 1099, and Full-Time positions.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Negotiate rates, salaries, and contract terms.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
- Build and maintain relationships with consultants, vendors, and clients.
- Ensure timely submission of quality candidates to meet client expectations.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of IT technologies and roles.
- Experience with job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Knowledge of US work authorizations (US Citizen, Green Card, H1B, OPT, CPT, EAD, TN Visa).
- Experience recruiting for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent positions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with Direct Clients, MSP, or VMS requirements.
- Knowledge of ATS tools such as Bullhorn, JobDiva, Ceipal, or Crelate.
- Experience recruiting for cloud, data, cybersecurity, software development, and infrastructure roles.
