Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to tables
- Present menus and provide accurate information on food and beverages
- Take food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously
- Ensure guest satisfaction and handle basic complaints professionally
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, tables, and service stations
- Follow hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards (HACCP)
- Assist with billing and payment processes
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth operations
- Adhere to company policies and service standards
