We are hiring a Hair Transplant & Skin Counsellor with strong experience in patient counselling, healthcare sales, treatment consultation and lead conversion.
The ideal candidate should have at least 1–2 years of experience in the hair transplant, hair restoration, dermatology, aesthetic, cosmetology, cosmetic surgery, skin clinic or healthcare industry.
The candidate must have excellent communication and convincing skills, a strong sales mindset, good follow-up abilities and the ability to convert consultations into treatments.
Candidates from other sales or counselling industries may also be considered if they have strong sales, customer handling, convincing, negotiation, follow-up and lead-conversion skills and are willing to learn the aesthetic and hair transplant industry.
Responsibilities
- Counsel patients for hair transplant, hair restoration, skin and aesthetic treatments.
- Understand patient concerns and recommend appropriate treatment options as advised by the clinical team.
- Explain treatment procedures, benefits, expectations, packages and pricing clearly.
- Handle patient queries, concerns and objections professionally.
- Convert leads and consultations into confirmed treatments.
- Follow up with new, existing and prospective patients through calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with patients who have not yet confirmed treatment.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Maintain lead and patient information in CRM/software or designated records.
- Coordinate with doctors and clinical staff for patient consultations and procedures.
- Maintain excellent patient relationships and provide a positive patient experience.
- Generate repeat consultations, referrals and additional treatment opportunities.
- Participate in campaigns, promotional activities and lead-generation initiatives.
- Maintain professional conduct and confidentiality of patient information.
