Responsibilities
- Provide operational support to ensure efficient daily retail store activities
- Manage all administrative functions of the branch with accuracy and accountability
- Prepare, maintain, and analyze daily, monthly, and annual sales reports
- Coordinate staff schedules and support workforce management activities
- Assist in budgeting, expense tracking, and cost optimization initiatives
- Act as a communication link between management and store-level teams
- Handle large volumes of data and generate accurate, insightful reports
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail
- Identify operational issues and support problem-solving initiatives
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Finance
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and strong computer skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- High level of organizational skills and attention to detail
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
