About role:
We are looking for an experienced Installation Technician / Engineer who will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the installation of our arcade games, interactive entertainment systems, arena-based equipment, and related electrical/mechanical systems at client locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and prepare for installation based on project and site requirements.
- Coordinate with clients and clearly communicate site readiness, electrical, space, tools, and other installation requirements.
- Visit client sites and execute installation, commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of machines/equipment.
- Ensure installations are completed smoothly, safely, within timelines, and with minimal issues.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, wiring, connectivity, and equipment-related issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients throughout the installation process.
- Conduct final testing and ensure the system is fully functional before handover.
- Explain basic operation and maintenance procedures to clients when required.
- Maintain installation reports/checklists and ensure a hassle-free experience and high client satisfaction.
- Provide support for post-installation technical issues whenever required.
Requirements:
- 5–7 years of experience in installation, commissioning, field service, maintenance, or similar technical roles.
- Hands-on experience with machines, electrical equipment, industrial equipment, automation, or similar systems.
- Good understanding of electrical wiring, components, sensors, motors, control panels, and basic troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving and client coordination skills.
- Ability to independently handle installation activities at client locations.
- Willingness to travel extensively to client sites, including outstation travel.
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related fields preferred.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
