About the RoleWe are seeking experienced and detail-oriented Asset Coordinators / Shift Managers to support the smooth operation of security systems at airport projects. The role involves strong coordination, asset management, reporting, and ensuring timely execution of day-to-day activities.Key Responsibilities Coordinate with project teams, clients, and vendors for smooth execution of security system activities Manage and track assets, tools, and equipment related to security systems, Prepare and maintain daily/weekly reports and status updates. Ensure compliance with project SOPs, safety standards, and quality requirements. Support shift operations and ensure timely issue resolution. Monitor workforce productivity and ensure optimal utilization of resources. Act as a point of contact between on-site teams and the Project Manager.Qualifications & Experience 4-5 years of relevant experience in security systems Experience in handling installation, maintenance, or support of security systems. Excellent coordination, communication, and reporting skills. Degree/Diploma holder (Any discipline).Skills & Competencies Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in documentation and reporting. Good knowledge of security systems (ACS, CCTV, PIDS, etc. preferred),.
