We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller – Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students and parents through the admission process. The candidate will be responsible for generating admissions by counselling students over calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-ins.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to admissions.
Counsel students and parents about courses, eligibility, fees, and admission procedures.
Follow up with prospective leads and convert them into admissions.
Maintain accurate records of enquiries and follow-ups in the CRM/Excel.
Schedule campus visits and counselling sessions.
Address queries and resolve concerns in a professional manner.
Achieve monthly admission targets.
Coordinate with the admission and academic teams for a smooth admission process.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
