We're looking for a Growth & Talent Engagement Catalyst to join our team in Bengaluru.

What You'll Do
You'll contribute across a range of initiatives, including:
- Recruitment & Talent Engagement
- Academic Partnerships & Campus Relations
- Candidate Deployment & Stakeholder Coordination
- Strategic Business Development
- Digital Marketing & Employer Branding
One week you may be coordinating a campus hiring drive, the next working with hiring managers, supporting industry partnerships, creating outreach campaigns, or helping execute a new growth initiative.
What We're Looking For
- 0–4 years of experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable engaging with both students and industry professionals
- Highly organized, proactive, and execution-focused
- Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
